It is very efficient because it incorporates a side and rear infrared burner. The infrared burners have a ceramic body with thousands of small openings through which the gas flows. The gas burns very evenly on the surface, which makes the ceramic glow cleanly and evenly.

The resulting infrared radiation is very intense, which seals the food on the outside and keeps all the juices inside without drying it out. In a very short time, a delicious crust forms on the surface, which caramelises in an upright position.

On the Grandhall Premium G4+ built-in gas barbecue, the burners light up at the touch of a button and reach cooking temperature within minutes. Thanks to the thermometer integrated in the lid, you can reach the perfect temperatures when using your barbecue in the oven function for roasts, pizzas, baked fish, etc.

The ceramic burner on the side burner has a capacity of 4.6 kW and guarantees high cooking temperatures. Of course, this temperature is adjustable and we can also use it for normal cooking for pots and pans. It has a practical lid so that when we are not using it, it remains as discreet as possible.
